Footprints is a 3 day national level technical event and holds the eminent title of – “The largest technical extravaganza of the West Zone”. Organized every year by the upcoming engineers of the elite Faculty of Tech & Engg., M.S.University of Baroda, Footprints has added 11 glorious years in its grandeur. Footprints can be described as the amalgamation of brainy participants from all over India, some very prominent lecturers, scholarly judges, corporate industries and events like ingenious workshops, demonstrative model presentations, social awareness campaigns, enthralling pronites and much more.
Moving ahead, with more than 12000 participants and more than 2.5 lakhs website hits in FOOTPRINTS XI, FOOTPRINTS has become a state-wide phenomenon and is tracing out an exponentially increasing career graph!
As the FOOTPRINTS saga continues to enlighten everyone in its twelfth successful year, embark upon this remarkable and awe-inspiring journey of blending with the budding technocrats from all over the nation and live up to its motto—“think beyond”!…..come this February and witness the fervour. FOOTPRINTS X2 has a lot in store for you this time as well with a lot more flair to it. So be on your tenterhooks from now itself till the much-anticipated FOOTPRINTS X2.

LEGACY comprises 4 competitive and interactive rounds:-

1) INTELLECTUS (Prelims, Jan 20 – Feb 2, 2012) — To be held in different colleges/universities across the Delhi-NCR region. You’d be tested on fields of general awareness, IQ, etc. Simple yet brain-teasing.

2) TEAMARBEIT (Semi-final, Feb 12, 2012) — To be organized in the college campus, comprising the students filtered through the prior round. Those who qualify for this shall be expected to pay a nominal amount of Rs.100 to move another step closer to the final. Round revolves around team dynamics and spontaneity. The performance of participants at individual level as well as their dedication to respective teams would form important criteria of judgement. We provide numerous fields of YOUR interest! YOU pick! YOU compete! YOU qualify!

3) CONQUISTADOR (Final, Feb 17, 2012) — The mega round will be held in ITMU, Gurgaon, spanning a period of an entire day. If you qualify for this, you’d know better than to expect the ordinary! This intriguing round will expose you to numerous challenging activities. Meant only for the deserving!

Legends unfold the tale of the war when the twelve Olympians marked the fall of the titans and made Olympus their abode. Olympus is never shaken by winds nor ever wet with rain, nor does snow fall upon it, but the air is always outspread clear and cloudless, and over it hovers a radiant whiteness.

Now a new legend is set to be made as a quest to reach Mount Olympus begins……….

Thou hast a chariot that sets on the path to the pearly heavenly gates. However be aware, as heaven is thy destination, as hell is thy journey. Awaken your senses and be ready to face the tests that the gods put you to.

Ares will play the cards first and set destruction and violence across your path. Face his wrath and you might just meet the queen Hera in her emotional distress. Along the journey Poseidon will set his trick and force you to go across his path of shaking twists. Inside the dark abyss, Hades dwells and welcomes you with open arms into his world of the dead. God of the gods Zeus fill play his role and test your Achilles’ heel. Artemis and her companions will hunt you down but if Apollo is on your side, success is thine. Will thy chariot prove thou art mighty or will this journey take its toll on thou?
