About Edifice-2010:

EDIFICE , a once in four yrs technical extravaganza of Dept of civil engineering,Pondicherry Engineering College  has geared up once again with huge expectation and invites students from all around the country to exhibit their dexterity and perspicacity.

This year, unlike the other versions of edifice, will be an action packed fest from 18th to 20th august’10 with tantalizing package of events and rocking talents. So guys and gals, energize your grey cells for the best season of the techfest era.

About Pondicherry Engineering College:

Pondicherry Engineering College , one of the premier institutes of the Indian Subcontinent is established in the year 1984 under the VII five-year plan in the union territory ofPuducherry . The institute celebrates “twenty five years of steady growth in strength, quality” this year. The college is administered by a board of governors headed by the Chief Secretary of Puducherry. The college is academically affiliated to the Pondicherry University , a central university. The institute offers eight undergraduate and eleven postgraduate and PhD programmes in major fields of engineering and technology. The college bears the motto of ‘Prosperity Through Technology’ which is well implemented by the spread of knowledge achieved by the various technical events conducted by the college. The institute has a well equipped infrastructure and excellent staffs who help train the students to face the challenging and competitive corporate world. The college also has good hostel facilities for students from all parts of the country who have cleared the AIEEE or from other parts of the union territory .
