Two Day Students’ Workshop on Recent Trendz in Embedded Intelligent Systems and Applications
Forza 2010 brings you eminent speakers from various industries and IEEE who are well versed in the field of Embedded,Intelligent systems. We focus on enhancing the students’ knowledge in this emerging area of technology.
EMBEDDED SYSTEM
An embedded system is a combination of hardware and software which creates a dedicated computer system that performs specific predefined task of which is encapsulated within the device it controls.
INTELLIGENT SYSTEM
An intelligent system is a dynamic system that utilizes Computational Intelligence (CI) to analyze interconnections between causes, drivers and effects, so as to model, predict and control the dynamic interactions in a holistic manner. It senses the environment, although we have to realize that it has only a few senses and that these can only capture, for instance, light and sound of an object, but cannot capture or know the object itself.
The workshop aims at providing an international framework for students from perspectives of different technical disciplines to discuss technological and scientific ideas related to Embedded, Intelligent Sytems and Applications. It helps students to develop knowledge in the broad areas of Embedded and Intelligent Systems.
The applications of Embedded, Intelligent Systems are robotics, agriculture, horticulture, space, military and medicine.
It also intends on showcasing the technical skills through the event ‘EBLITZ’,'EXPRESSO’ is another occasion that stages your talents in a witty way.
About Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College, Coimbatore
Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College established in the year 1994 by SNR Sons Charitable Trust has grown into an eminent Institution. The institution runs programs accredited by NBA and many of the department have been recoganized as research centers by the affiliating University. The college was the first to get full-fledged approval for its autonomous status from UGC in 2007, under Anna University of Technology, Coimbatore.
