Events under “INNOVISION -10” are as follows:
- 1. Technical Paper Presentation: Papers on various technical topics (pre-decided) are presented by students. This event aims to generate awareness among students about new, upcoming technologies.
- 2. Robotics & IC engine: This includes Robowars, and Throttle – which includes racing cars . Held together by Mechanical and E&TC dept.
- 3. Model Making: This event is held under the civil dept. It includes building various structures/models. The strength of these structures is then tested.
- 4. Contraption: This event of mechanical dept. focuses on the energy transformations from one form to other. Maximum transformations are expected before accomplishment of task assigned.
- 5. Business Games: Held by Management dept. these games help to sharpen your management skills.
- 6. Auto Exhibition: Various automobiles are on display. Last year the attraction was VINTAGE CARS.
- 7. Crysis (C/C++): Competition tests skill sets and proficiency of students in C & C++.
- 8. Computer Gaming: Games as Need For Speed & Counter Strike – adding a fun corner to the event.
- 9. CAD: Held under mechanical dept. this competition encourages budding designers.
- 10. Box Cricket: The fun of cricket for all engineers loving Cricket.
- 11. Technical Quiz: Quiz on technical topics testing skill sets.
- 12. Concrete Cube Testing: The Strength of concrete mixture is determined.
- 13. Other events include Line Follower, Network Treasure Hunt, and Aptitude Cracker etc.
