This national level youth festival witnesses enthusiasm the youth are rarely seen with. Bubbling with energy, their spirits soaring high, students from far and wide converge in this exotic valley of the majestic Himalayas to bang their heads and shake their legs to the best of music the ears have ever riveted. The lively colors and the trendiest fashion parade are indeed a treat to the eyes. The wide variety of dance and drama set the mood for the audience who believe that the whole world is a stage. Indeed, it’s a culmination of glorified and invigorated art & culture. Hill’Ffair is truly a potpourri of cultures, traditions and ideas which leaves all and sundry fascinated. The rock bands make the crowds indulge in ultimate delectation, their necks bowing in reverence; the various song performances by the artists bring out all those wordless emotions, easing the strain and highlighting the wild streak of the students who just want to break free from the worldly bonds. Indeed, they float on cloud 9 for these three days of exhilaration!
